  • Southern Crossroads (Holly Springs): Comprehensive plan amendment, rezoning, and master plan for a 53-acre mixed-use campus (commercial, institutional, and multi-family residential)

  • Wilkinson Supply (Carrboro): Graphic exhibits of building elevations and preparation of a digital model for Appearance Commission review of a proposed addition to existing showroom space

  • Blue Hill District (Chapel Hill): Due diligence studies and yield plans for potential mixed-use redevelopment projects within a form based code district

  • Taylor Family Property (Chapel Hill): Modification of Special Use Permit and Zoning Compliance Permit for replacement of a gas mart facility with a restaurant building

  • Henderson Woods (Orange County): Concept plan and major subdivision preliminary plat approval for Heffner Properties on Whitfield Road (19 single-family lots)

  • Mid-Town Square (Cary): Concept plan for a downtown mixed-use infill project (refurbished existing retail space, construction of new 3-story building with retail and office spaces, and conversion of existing warehouse space to a brewery/bar with outside patio seating)

  • Sneeden Properties (Raleigh): Site plan approval for redevelopment of a former Kmart building into new anchor tenant space; concept plans for redevelopment options for a second Kmart site

  • Solar Farm (Smithfield): Assisted an adjoining land owner and their legal counsel with successful opposition to a proposed solar farm facility

  • Annandale at Creek Wood (Orange County): Concept plan and major subdivision preliminary plat approval for Heffner Properties on Whitfield Road (11 single-family lots)

  • University United Methodist Church (Chapel Hill): Zoning compliance permit for a community garden located on Umstead Drive

  • AutoZone (Chapel Hill): Rezoning and special use permit for redevelopment of a free-standing retail store site located on Fordham Blvd. (with covered bicycle parking!)

  • Polks Village (Chatham County): Modification of conditional use permit to broaden the range of permitted uses within a 39-acre mixed-use campus (retail, office, clinic, and senior-living residential)

  • Lark Chapel Hill (Chapel Hill): Rezoning and special use permit for a student housing apartment community

  • Gateway Plaza (Garner): Site plan modification to enhance the sidewalk and landscape planter areas adjacent to storefronts

  • The Courtyard (Chapel Hill): Modification of special use permit to add multi-family residential to existing downtown retail and office space
