Elizabeth (Liz) King – Senior Designer

Liz is an experienced site planner, landscape designer, and graphics specialist who produces realistic and buildable yield plans that are grounded in best available design constraint informaton, detailed site plans that feature a strong sense of design and buildability, and landscape plans that are practical for both implementation and maintenance.

She also produces eye-catching and effective color renderings for presentations and after-approval marketing exhibits, utilizing both computer and hand skills to produce full-size printed plots, color reduced handouts, and PDF digital files as final products.

Liz has over 14 years of experience in a design team environment with Jack, preparing site plans, landscape plans, and presentation graphics for residential, non-residential, and mixed-use projects.  She was also employed as a designer and planning technician in Florida for 15 years prior to relocating to North Carolina and is currently engaged in the multi-part North Carolina RLA licensing examination process.
